Most shipments of footwear will need a copy of the Interim Footwear Invoice form filled out by the manufacturer and sent with the regular invoice. In addition, if the shoe is of animal skin that is not cowhide, an importer may need a US Fish and Wildlife license or a specially obtained US Fish and Wildlife CITES form in order to bring in the shoes. Be sure to talk to your Customs Broker before importing any shoe shipment!
